Avon Anew Genics: Review

Hiya! I hope everyone had a great weekend. It was really slow and boring for me, although I did get the house cleaned way better than normal to get rid of all the sick germs. I also read the first two books to the Hunger Games trilogy off my laptop. It isn’t so bad, so I guess I won’t die without my book reader, lol. BTW, if you haven’t read the Hunger Games trilogy, you really should. It is far better than I expected. It is one of those books you say, “I’m gonna read this chapter, then go to bed.” And then three hours later you catch yourself saying the same thing, lol.

Anyways…

I thought I would show you Avon Anew Genics today, and tell you a bit about it.

Avon Anew Genics is an anti-aging treatment cream, that says it can remove up to 10 years.

I have never been really worried about growing older or trying to look younger, because inevitably whatever we do we are gonna age. Occasionally, I do go through a mini-spell where I try really hard…it’s rare though, lol. 

The cream comes in a heavy glass jar. With a screw on top.

Luckily, the directions for use are on the back. So if you are like me and throw out the box to quickly, you still have a clue what to do.

Avon Anew Genics is a thick lotion like cream. It smells fairly pleasant, but not overly strong. It only takes a tiny dollop to do what you need.

When I received this product for review, I had a whole plan to use it for the 4 weeks and show before and after results. Since I have just turned thirty it seemed like the right time to try. Lol, you know how I been thinking I was old and all.

Sadly, my plan feel through. I made it almost all the way through week one when my skin started breaking out…a lot worse than normal. I quit using this immediately to confirm whether it was the cause or not. Within a week the extra breakouts were clearing away. >.<

The cream itself is a really nice face cream, but when you have skin like mine its just not an option. I have combo skin, that breaks out easily…then for an extra measure lets throw in some skin allergies as well. I knew going into this review that this was possible, but I was really looking forward to seeing if I got younger, lol.
