Hiya folks! I hope you are all doing great! It’s a lovely fake Monday…Oh well, let’s make the best of it. Sunday night I was a bit bored, so I had a little fun.
I had a short length of rainbow yarn and thought it would make a very neat rainbow polish bottle. I had seen patterns for them before, but had never taken the time to make any. Plus I get confused easily when trying to follow a pattern, so I just thought it out. I even put a piece of plastic canvas in the bottom to make the bottle more stable.
After I finished the bottle I was showing it to the kids, and was holding it in the normal polish display position. I suddenly realized how cool it would be if my nails kind of matched the bottle. So I set out to make rainbow nails. With all the colors I just swiped a bit on each nail in different patterns and orders. I’m not a fan of harsh lines in a random manicure, so I topped my rainbows with OPI Black Spotted. And since the polish bottle wasn’t shiny, my nails needed a matte topcoat. Sadly, I was so excited that my clean up is a tad lacking.
I hope you enjoyed this! Have a wonderful day!!!
These are so awesome, I love the bottle too :)
